Tony screencaps for Season 2 5-6am have been posted in the Gallery. Now I only have 2 more episodes left to cap, so the gallery should be complete very soon (that is until the Season 3 DVD is released here in North America). Don't forget that our new gallery allows you to rate images, submit comments on images and use any image in the gallery as an e-card, so show your love of Tony by taking advantage of these features, as I would really love all feedback from our visitors. Still working on getting all of the FLs converted to PHPFanbase. I've got 10 down, 7 to go. Should be finished by the end of next week!

Tony screencaps for Season 2 4-5am have been posted in the Gallery. I have also added 180 or so Chappelle screencaps from Seasons 1 & 2, as well as a few other pictures. Enjoy!

Thanks to the new hosting package, the complete 24 Season 1 Ultimate Fan Commentary is now available for download as 4 compressed zip files, containing 6 episodes each. Check that out in 24 Mega-Fandom.
Cast Spotted Log has been updated for the first time in awhile. There was quite a dry spell as far as cast sightings went, but now that the new fall TV season has started, that should change quickly.
We also have a new affiliate - Michelle, Don't Go There. I mentioned this site in an entry last week for its fantastic wallpapers and icons. Beautiful stuff!
More importantly, who watched the Emmy awards? I for one am disgusted. I can almost vaguely understand the Sopranos beating 24 for best drama series. The Academy is always dying to kiss some Sopranos ass and since they weren't eligible to compete last year, it's not surprising. At least the West Wing didn't win. But James Spader beating Kiefer Sutherland for Best Lead Actor? GIVE ME A BREAK. Seriously. James is a good actor and everything but his character on the Practice is such a load of contrived, over-done bullshit. I am so glad the Practice was finally put out of its misery this year. It was a great show that turned into a pile of crap because it ran two years too long. I can't believe Kiefer was screwed yet again. I hope he got good and drunk afterwards, because the entire thing was a travesty and a farce. Additionally, Sean Callery lost to some dork from Star Trek Enterprise. It's a load of bullshit all around. I don't know why I bother watching this tripe. The best thing about the
Emmys was Sarah Jessica Parker's speech after she won for best comedy actress. That was the only real, sincere thing about the entire broadcast. I wish I could do a better rant, really, but what is there to say that hasn't already been said for the last two years? The Academy will never truly appreciate the brilliance of 24.

Due to a server upgrade, our site was temporarily offline for about 48 hours over the weekend. I apologize to anyone who was inconvenienced by this brief hiatus. I finally caved in and spent the $150 to purchase upgraded hosting services for 12 months. It was just too much work, too much of a pain in the ass to host image files on a different server, PHP and SQL databases somewhere else, etc. This site is very important to me, and therefore functionality is paramount. I LOVE my new hosting package. Now screencaps are organized using Coppermine Photo Gallery, and it is fantastic. Images can be hosted directly here on the site, too! I have posted all currently available screencaps. I am still working on some Season 2 episodes, but they will be posted as soon as possible. View the new Almeida Is God Gallery!
Additionally, thanks to the new hosting package, I am now able to run all of our fanlistings on PHPFanbase. I have switched over two of the fanlistings so far, and will be working over the next week or two to get the rest changed over, though I am also in the middle of packing to move, so I'm not sure when that entire change over will be complete.
Expect many more improved features of this site now that our server and storage have been upgraded, including available download of the entire 24 fan commentary package (as I now have the space to store it). This is coming ASAP. I will post about updated and improved content as it is added to the site.

AIG has reached a milestone. We officially topped 10,000 hits to the site last night at about 11:30 pm MST. Thank you to everyone who has visited (and visited and visited) this site over the last 9 months. We are really proud of our place in the 24 internet fan community, and look forward to reaching 20,000 hits!
I haven't had much time to develop new content for the site as of late. I'm in the middle of a lot of stuff, primarily packing and getting ready to move. I am working on a couple of top 24 lists, as well as s2 screencaps and the mp3 commentaries. Soon, people. Things are just so hectic.
Also, I should relay to all that my co-webmaster and co-creator of this site, Mr. Matthew McCormack, has relocated from Ottawa to Vancouver. He has no computer of his own or much access to the internet, so his contribution to this site will be scant, if existant at all, for an indefinate period of time. Wish Matt luck out west!

We have a new affiliate, Zone-24.net. This site contains a little bit of everything, some pictures, wallpapers, info, etc.
Fan commentary MP3s are on the way, so stay tuned.

We established the Official Carl Webb Fanlisting on April 19, yet we have yet to get a single person who isn't affiliated with AIG to sign up as a Carl fan. What gives, people? I mean, obviously Carl is awesome, one of the most underappreciated minor characters of 24 of all time! Surely Matt, Kat and I are not the only 3 people in this world who appreciate the awesomeness of Carl or the brilliance of Zach Grenier's performance. Carl was totally the coolest minor character in the Palmer storyline of season 1 and definitely makes our list of the top 5 characters we would love to see return to the show in some way. Consider this our campaign to bring all you Carl fans out of the closet. LOVE HIM!!!
In other news, my fabulous friend Tim has done all of us a favour by using AIG as his referral URL with doteasy, so now we have 100MB more storage space. We will be using this to upload our season 1 commentaries in 8 episodes chunks, rather than one episode at a time, which I'm sure will make everyone happy. Look for those soon.

There is a new site on the Almeida Is God Fan Network. Visit True Faith: The Official Tony Almeida/Kim Bauer Fanlisting today! Special thanks to Jina over at inside-24.com for supplying me with the screencap I used to make this fanlisting. She rocks for taking pity on me and my inability to access the s3 DVDs until December 7.
Check out the new site dedicated to Tony + Michelle - Michelle, Don't Go There. This site has some absolutely fantastic 24-related wallpapers and icons. Major creativity happening here!
In other news, I finally saw "Taking Lives" with Kiefer Sutherland. I thought this movie would be pure gold because I love Kiefer Sutherland and I love Ethan Hawke. The movie was average. The style of film-making was really well done, but the script was rather weak and WAY predictable. For those of you who have seen it, you know what I mean. However the thing with the pregnancy at the end was a good twist.
